Hoyt worked as an Electrical/Hydraulic Senior Designer for Marathon Equipment, an OEM building large compactors for the waste industry. At that time they were one of the largest Joslyn Clark/Danaher OEM’s in the state of Alabama. After leaving Marathon he went to work for Rexel as their Automation/Software Specialist. He then transitioned to be the Electrical Manager for Xerium, traveling to Austria, Brazil & Canada on various special projects. Recently he has had his own business, EZ Tech Solutions and worked at Automation Resources before joining E2 Resources.
